This straightener had been great since I bought it back in November, but it decided to stop working this morning. It's strange that the straighteners I purchased at grocery stores for $30 lasted at least five times longer than one I bought for $100.


I've been straightening my hair for many years, always ending up with a lot of breakage and not quite the look I wanted. Finally, I invested in this hair iron and I will never go back!


This Chi is awesome! I especially love the nano feature! My hair is naturally curly so I am really enjoying my new straight style!


i belive the chi flat iron i got is counterfit from what i have seen on the farou web artical stating that products made in china are not the real thing along with other pictures showing other ways to see if the product is the real deal. i am gravely disappointed by this


I like this straightener a lot. It's easy to manoeuvre because of the size. Leaves the hair smooth. The only thing I don't like very much is that it doesn't have a variable temperature setting. Good price.
