I hesitated spending this much on a hair dryer, but when you compare this hair dryer side to side with a conair, or another household hair dryer, this professional dryer blows them away. The heat is not that intense, but more than adequate to dry hair, and this dryer MOVES air! Powerful, my hair is blown dry quickly, and it is very quiet for the amount of power it has. I have been nothing but happy with it and it is a joy to use every morning. I use it with a large round brush, and blow dry the way my stylist does. My hair looks great, and I get compliments on my hair frequently. I most likely will never return to a regular house hold hair dryer again.

In addition, this dryer feels substantial, it is not heavy, but you can tell when you pick it up that the materials used to manufacture this dryer is better than regular dryers. It is NOT snap together plastic, it is nicely constructed, well made. I highly recommend it!

CHI NANO professional hair DRYER 3000n

Product Description

This dryer works really well. It dries hair fast while protecting your hair, but is very hot. If you have a sensitive scalp, it may be too hot for you.


For the reputation and cost of this hair dryer, it's not worth it. I have searched high and low for a good dryer because I have very thick hair and I got excited about this product. It is not worth the money at all. I returned it, and went back to using my 20.99 special from Target, which actually works better than the Chi.

Had this dryer in the 80's when it was made by windemere. I loved it for my curly/wavy hair that just frizzes when I use a regular dryer. I like the 2 different speed settings and fact that it is pretty compact.Glad it was brought back.


Very nice item , highly powered, but its much bigger than the picture, if you got a big head, this is your solution


I liked the item, its very light and functions better than connair, the best thing is the 1 yr warranty, Im so happy with that


Got it as a gift turned out to be a great item, very easy to use, but its much bigger than a piture, its so light which you wont need a hanger for it, however it got hanger on it

The dryer did not provide the power and drying ability that It thought it would when I had my hair done at the salon using the same product. It was expensive and did NOT deliver the power I antcipated.


I just got this dryer. I have used it 3 times. The day I got in the mail, I wet my hair down, with no shampoo, no conditioner, just to try it. Can't believe it. It was like I had a whole new head of hair. Very smooth feeling and soft. I have been looking for years for a solution to my problem: Frayed split ends, shaft splitting and frizz everywhere. I have gone through loads of expensive professional products. Currently using Aveda. Now I don't hate the thought of washing my hair anymore. I was only washing 2 days a week because I dreaded taking my old blow dryer to my hair. I may even get away with switching to cheap hair products! If you have dry frizzy hair you will love this dryer. It is lightweight too and more quiet than the cheap dryers. I wish I had discovered this dryer a long time ago. If it broke tomorrow, due to a defect, I wouldn't even complain if they didn't replace it. I would just buy another. That's how good it works!


I've used this hair dryer for years to straighten my very curly hair and it's the best by far. I tried one of the T3 dryers and it couldn't come close to this one. At about 60-70 dollars, it's a great deal for the type of professional dryer you're getting. Don't waste your time trying another dryer.
