appears to be virtually the same as what we saw in the mall for almost $200. shipping was quick and product works fine -- i wish i'd noticed this model doesn't have adjustable temperature (there's just an on/off setting), but other than that, i feel like i got a great deal.
This product is advertised for both curling and straightening by Herstyler. I purchased it for curling purposes. It is useless for curling. I've followed instructions perfectly multiple times and it does not leave curls. Just a few ridges occasionally.
Vendor shipped quickly. Please note this review is positive for vendor shipping quickly and negative for product.
I thought of returning it, however, since a large portion of the cost was shipping and I would have to pay return shipping ... I do not want to add more money to an already bad purchase. As a heads up vendor does not have return policy posted, however, they say it is 14 days and not the 30 day Amazon guarantee.
This straightener/curler is fantastic!!! It leaves my hair smooth and silky. The curls last longer. I love it!!!!
