This flat iron is great. I chemically relax my hair once every 5 weeks and I use this flat iron every day. It has lasted 2 and 1/2 years so far, and it is only now starting to lose it's heating power. On the highest setting, it is no longer hot enough, but it has outlasted other flat irons by leaps and bounds. The average flat iron that I've purchased has lasted about 1 year. I usually spend between $50 and $100 on a flat iron, and this is priced reasonably and works great.
Great product. I got the item very quickly and the free paddle brush is great too. This flat iron will get anybody's hair straight.
I just ordered this ceramic iron by HairArt for my sister. I've had one myself for over 6 years and have not had to replace it. It takes about 20 minutes to iron a full head of hair, which is so great!
