I love this product, it provides a great hold for the hair with no stickiness and a great smell. I would recommend it to anyone who cares about their hair and wants to use good products.

They charged me for expedited shipping when I asked for standard. Someone else said they also did that to them. I guess they do it to everybody. And the product I ordered did not come but another CHI product. I kept it anyway, but it did not work good like the one I thought I was ordering.

I have temperamental, curly, frizzy hair. Just this summer, I discovered CHI shampoo. My hairdresser used it on me, and when she was done, I asked, "What did you put in my hair? This stuff is amazing."

She showed me the bottle, and I immediately went online to order some for myself. I ordered two bottles of the shampoo and two of the conditioner. My husband has even commented on how soft my hair is now. And it makes my blown-out styles have a bit more control/less frizz.

Is it miraculous? No. But it's an excellent tool in the fight for manageable, soft hair for those of us with dry-dry-super-dry, tends-to-frizz hair (like I do).

I'm glad they have a subscription feature. I'm about to sign up for it. :)

Please note: When you wash with this, your hair will NOT squeak. If you don't think your hair is clean unless it squeaks, re-evaluate. This cleans very nicely, but more importantly, doesn't dry out or strip. It takes a tad bit of getting used to (the way it still feels "oiled" or "creamed" in the shower), but it's an adjustment worth the effort.

Note for the sensitive: I am very sensitive, allergy-and-dermatitis prone, and this shampoo has not caused any itching or break-outs. Although the silk leave-in products from CHI do clog my pores, but that's just the same as BioSilk (a great defrizzer that also makes me break out a bit around the hairline/chin).

A significant difference when I use this product. The results of this when used along w/ my CHI shampoo help to combat the awful frizzies & humidity impact. I will continue to use this and Thanks to CHI once again.


awful, doesn't seem to do any good for the hair; my hair does better with conditioner out of the dollar store. Gave it to friends and they think the same - ended up in the trash.


I love this product. I love it so much I have one bottle in my bathroom and another in the hall closet as back-up, so I don't run out. Since my hairdresser used it on me in July, I haven't looked back and my Paul Mitchell and Pantene have been sitting unused. This really has added beautiful softness and a greater manageability to my dry, frizz-prone hair.

Directions: Wet hair, apply a nickel size of chi Infra Shampoo into palms of hand and work it through hair evenly from scalp to ends. Rinse and repeat if desired.

chi Infra Treatment-Thermal protective treatment - is specifically developed to work in conjunction with the chi line. chi Infra Treatment with Cationic Hydration Interlink is a superior moisturizing and protecting treatment. Hair will be left with the proper balance of moisture for silky manageable hair with incredible shine every time.

Directions: After shampooing the hair, apply a generous amount of chi Infra Treatment and work into the hair evenly. Leave on hair for 2-5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

I got my items faster than I thought I would, at first the sellar made a mistake and I only got one of the items listed sent to me. After sending a email to them, they quickly responded and corrected the problem without a hitch! Great sellars!!!
